Community-Based Counselling Services is available throughout the Western Health Region, Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Some locations also provide an evening clinic as listed below.

This program offers free supplies to promote harm reduction, such as needles, condoms, snorting kits, etc.
