We would like to invite you to take part in our Wellness Wednesday’s. Wellness Wednesdays provide the opportunity for all residents of the province (age 18+) to learn information, and tools, to support good mental health. These sessions are offered by local mental health staff who are a part of the Mental Health Program of NL Health Services. Each week there will be a different topic of learning.
