This group is for individuals (18+) who are exploring Gender Identity and Gender Expression. Over 10 sessions, we will explore personal experiences and provide support. This group is a safe space where people anywhere on the gender exploring spectrum are welcome. We will welcome guest speakers who have lived experience and/or have specialized knowledge in aspects of Gender Identity. This group is a partnership between NL Health Services and Lifewise.
The Gender Journeys Group will be offered virtually on Tuesdays from September 29 to December 1, 2026 from 9:30 am – 11:30 am island time (9:00 am – 11:00 am Labrador time).
