Anxiety Awareness Session

This 3 hour session will provide an overview of:
*the role of thoughts, body sensations and behaviors that are a part of the experience of anxiety
*strategies that can help manage and cope with the symptoms of anxiety

This session will be helpful for anyone seeking to gain information and to begin their recovery journey. Information will also be provided on additional options and resources available.
