This group is for adults (ages 18+) who would like to learn more about mindfulness and how to incorporate it into their everyday lives. This 4-week group draws on Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills. Each session combines education with interactive mindfulness practices. It is designed to help you bring more calm, clarity, and enjoyment into your daily life. This group introduces mindfulness in an approachable way—no prior experience necessary. Whether you’re feeling stressed, emotionally reactive, or simply looking to feel more grounded and present, this group offers practical tools you can start using right away.
