The City of St. John’s is the second largest owner and operator of social housing in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador. The City of St John’s Housing Division offers 476 units of affordable housing to individuals and families who live with a fixed or low income. We categorize our housing into Rent Geared to Income(RGI), Lower End of Market(LEM) and Affordable Housing.
