This group is for adults (ages 18+) who are experiencing symptoms of depression. This 10 week group draws upon Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to understand and treat symptoms of depression. This group explores the connection between our thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and addresses each component of this interaction with skills and tools that are helpful in supporting recovery. It also looks at triggers and causes of depression and how to address these factors.
