This group is for adults (ages 18+) who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety. This 10 week group draws upon Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to understand and treat symptoms of anxiety.
