Sometimes the hardest times in our life’s gives us strength and courage and shows us that we are stronger than we think. My anxiety has been a big hump in the road of life, but at the end it will all be worth it.

My hope is to get ahold of my anxiety and depression since my car accident which was the scariest day of my life.

Going for a walk with friends.

Doing something positive with your hands can help! Draw, cook, knit, fold some laundry, paint, do a puzzle, fix something.

Practice deep breathing, taking 10 breaths, counting up from 1 to 10 in your mind as you slowly take each breath, and exhale. Focus on the breaths and just counting. See how you feel after 10 breaths, it can also help lower your anxiety and heart rate

One day at a time!

Be kind to yourself. Extend yourself the same kindness that you would give a friend who is coping with what you are coping with. It’s okay to not be okay. It’s okay to need to take time for yourself to practice self-care. It’s okay to get help. You are not a weak person, you are so strong. It takes so much strength to to feel the way that you do and to keep going.

I like to go for walks, taking in some fresh air and enjoying the beauty of nature.

This too shall pass.

Hi im only a kid but I am here to help. I am happy to share. Try watching a favorite show or reading. It might give you a distraction from the real world.

Happy Easter!

Have a sleep schedule.

Listen to music.

“From down this low, it’s only up we go!”

Whenever I’m feeling stressed, I find that listening to music really helps. No matter what kind of music it is, it melts my anxiety away. 🙂

Write down positive affirmations and put them in places where you can often see them. They act as great reminders, especially during difficult moments.
