If you don’t have a primary care provider, please register with Patient Connect NL here . If you do not have access to online registration, please call 1-833-913-4679. Video Relay Service (VRS) calls are welcome. The information provided on Patient Connect NL will be used to plan and improve access to primary health care in Newfoundland and Labrador, with the goal of connecting individuals to a primary care provider as soon as one becomes available in their chosen area.
