Newfoundland and Labrador is one of the provinces at the forefront of advancing e-mental health services. These services are important for many reasons; they are evidence based, improve access, give individuals greater choice and control, and promote early intervention and wellness. There are a wide range of technologies being used. Some of these include, telephones and mobile devices, apps, websites, video conferencing, and online self-management tools. These services are free and available now to you!
The Brain Story: The Impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences
