This group is for adults (ages 18+) who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety. This 10 week group draws upon Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to understand and treat symptoms of anxiety. This group explores the connection between our thoughts, feelings and behaviours and addresses each component of this interaction with skills and tools that are helpful in supporting recovery.
