Did you know that group based therapy can be just as effective as individual therapy in addressing a wide array of mental health and addictions issues? In fact group interventions offer some unique benefits, such as shared support and connections with others. Check out some of the groups we are offering at NL Health Services. These groups are facilitated by skilled mental health clinicians in our province.
Naloxone (or Narcan) is a non-prescription, over-the-counter medication in Canada, that can temporarily reverse an opioid overdose. You can give naloxone while you wait for professional help to arrive.
