  experiencing symptoms of depression. This 10 week group draws upon Cognit
 ive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)\, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)\, an
 d Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to understand and treat symptoms of 
 depression. This group explores the connection between our thoughts\, feel
 ings and behaviours\, and addresses each component of this interaction wit
 h skills and tools that are helpful in supporting recovery. It also looks 
 at triggers and causes of depression and how to address these factors. Thi
 s group is for people who are actively seeking to engage in the recovery p
 rocess\, and are willing to try to practice the skills taught in the group
  setting.</p>\n<p>The Depression Treatment Group will be offered on Wednes
 day’s – starting starting April 17th – June 19th\, 2024  (10 weeks) 
 from 1:30 pm -4:00 island time (1:00 pm -3:30 Labrador). Please email nlgr
