  experiencing symptoms of anxiety. This 10 week group draws upon Cognitive
  Behaviour Therapy (CBT)\, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)\, and D
 ialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to understand and treat symptoms of anx
 iety. This group explores the connection between our thoughts\, feelings a
 nd behaviours and addresses each component of this interaction with skills
  and tools that are helpful in supporting recovery. It also looks at trigg
 ers and causes of anxiety and how to address these factors. This group is 
 for people who are actively seeking to engage in the recovery process\, an
 d are willing to try to practice the skills taught in the group setting.</
 p>\n<p>The Anxiety Treatment Group will be offered on Thursday’s startin
 g October 10\, 2024 to December 12\, 2024 and will be held at 9:30 am – 
 12:00 noon island time (9:00 am – 11:30 am Labrador). Please email nlgro
