 a person’s life in all areas\, when it is no longer social. Sometimes pe
 ople have tried to stop\, or make changes on their own\, but have not been
  able to keep the changes going. Reaching out for help can be the first st
 ep needed to start the recovery process. The Addictions Early Recovery Gro
 up is available to help people who are working toward an abstinence based 
 recovery. </p>\n<p>This group is for people who are in the early stages of
  making changes and looking at how to live their life alcohol\, drug &amp;amp\
 ;/or gambling free. Complete abstinence is not required to join\, but peop
 le are working toward an addiction free life. Support will be provided by 
 Clinicians of NL Health Services to group members to explore their use\, s
 et goals\, and to gain skills to make changes in their life. This is a saf
 e\, non-judgmental space.</p>\n<p>This is an open group that people can jo
 in at any time. Weekly attendance is encouraged. This group will be held o
 n Wednesdays from 1:30-3:30 (island time).  Please email nlgroups@nlhealth
